Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please note that in all cases we must have a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.

We try and keep our website as up to date as possible. Prices, product dteail, specifications and stock availability are given as a guide only. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on this website and in our catalogue is accurate and up to date, Edinburgh Organ Studio cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes. If there are any changes to to the price of the item ordered or if it is out of stock we will notify you before taking payment to confirm if you still wish to go ahead with the order.
All images on the website & in our catalogues are for illustration purposes only & to give a general guide of how the product may look once assembled.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us as soon as possible and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order (prior to shipment) for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund.
Delivery Schedule We offer our own 2 man delivery service, where we deliver digital pianos up stairs, fully assembled and ready to play,FREE to the area shaded purple in the map (On Delivery Page). In the areas shaded green please contact us as our van is often in these areas. We wont keep you waiting in all day for delivery - our deliveries are scheduled to an agreed date and time. We will also take away and dispose of all packaging waste. Free delivery on portable and digital pianos is normaly only available in the Lothians & Fife.

Please note that you will not be charged more than once for delivery. If you buy a number of items only the highest delivery price will be applied (eg if you purchase a digital piano and headphones the delivery charge will be £29.99).
These items are delivered via courier service or mail services for small accessories. Digital Pianos are delivered boxed and require self assembly. Digital Pianos are delivered by a 1 man courier delivery service who may require assistance in delivering the unit from the delivery van to your door. Please note our local delivery service is by our own 2 man team who will deliver and assemble digital pianos. Please note: Due to Health & Safety regulations upstairs deliveries are at the carriers discretion and are not guaranteed. This includes (but not limited to) steps that are immediately outside the premises, which are required to climb in order to gain access to the property.

The courier will make two attempts at delivery to the given address. If delivery fails on the second attempt you may need to collect the item from your local delivery depot. They will then hold the parcel for 7 days and will then return to us. Re-delivery will require a new delivery consignment thus be chargeable.
We aim to dispatch all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving the order (working days only). If an item is out of stock we will contact you to see if you would still like to go ahead with the order.
Any faults or damage with units must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Deliveries by carrier are Monday to Friday only between 9am & 6pm. It may be possible to request delivery for a specific date and time. Edinburgh Organ Studio will endeavour to make this happen but it cannot be guaranteed. Edinburgh Organ Stuido will not entertain any claim whatsoever for compensation arising from late delivery due to a third party carrier.

If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by you refusal.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with product warranties.
In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault or is found to be faulty upon delivery, we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge. Items must be packed in the original packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers. If when the carrier arrives to collect the goods, they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect.
Once the items are received back at Edinburgh Organ Studio, we will inspect the product(s), and if necessary arrange to send out a replacement product. Please note that if the product is found on inspection NOT to be faulty on it's return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund (this does not include the delivery cost). Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. We reserve the right to make a re-stocking charge of of up to 15%. Returned units should be returned in the original condition. If a unit is returned in any way marked or damaged we reserve the right to make a charge for this.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-PACK ANY ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO EDINBURGH ORGAN STUDIO. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS FOR RETURN THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNLESS FAULTY.
Remittance Terms Goods remain the property of Edinburgh Organ Studio until paid in full.
